Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in new condition and original packaging.
Customers must contact sales@duraaxle.com before returning any item and provide the order number and product OE number. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Installed, used, damaged, modified products, or products ordered for the wrong vehicle or fitment are not eligible for return or exchange. Please confirm the OE number, vehicle year, model, position and target market before ordering.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Any refund timing may depend on the payment provider.
